MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of The Green Culture is simple and straightforward: to promote environmental enlightenment and conservation through the sales and distribution of ecologically conscious products. To most environmentalists, the benefits of sustainability are obvious and well documented; but to the rest of society, its uses are unclear at best. The primary goal of SolarGoods.com is to introduce the mainstream marketplace to a wide array of high quality goods made from recycled materials, ecologically harvested timber, and other earth friendly ingredients.

BACKGROUND HISTORY

SolarGoods.com is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Green Culture. TGC has been one of the leading environmental retailers in the United States since February 1994. This internet website debuted in February of 2003. The purpose of this site is to bring a comprehensive selection of environmentally friendly garden supplies, accents, and accessories directly to the customer, without the high price of retail garden centers. In doing so, TGC hopes to promote the environmental and educational benefits of using such ecologically sound products and adopting the 'green' lifestyle. All trademarks, copyrights, graphics and scripting are for the exclusive use of The Green Culture and its subsidiaries. All requests for permission of use must be made in writing.

Though SolarGoods.com is not currently in the process of hiring, anyone is welcome to submit a curriculum vitae. Please include all relevant environmental experiences and computer skills as well. If you represent a product line worthy of inclusion on this website, please feel free to submit product literature and prices to our company. The best method is by fax or email, but catalogs and samples sent the old fashioned way are also welcomed. If you have purchased or discovered a great eco product that needs to be shared with the rest of the world, The Green Culture does pay referral fees to those individuals who send us viable product leads.
