SHIPPING
The vast majority of items on this site are shipped via
United Parcel Service or Fedex
Ground. Shipping charges will be calculated based upon the weight and
size of the product you are purchasing and the geographic zone in which you
live. All products sent UPS are fully insured for their retail value. Because
of their excessive weight and size, many items on this site cannot be sent
express or next day air. SolarGoods.com make every possible effort to (re)use
recycled packaging materials collected from local businesses; unfortunately, we
are not always able to control the type of packaging used by our 3rd party
shippers. Please help close the loop by reusing or recycling all packaging
materials. In some instances (like with overseas packages), it might be
necessary to send a product by Insured Parcel Post (USPS).
Pallet and bulk orders are sent via common carrier. Please inspect all goods
for breakage immediately upon receipt. For any shipment that is refused without
prior notification, you will automatically be charged the full shipping
charges. Sorry, but unless special arrangements are made, we cannot ship to PO
Boxes.
DAMAGED GOODS
If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then
contact our sales office so that we may remedy the situation. Please retain the
tracking numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for later inspection by
the shipper.
EXCHANGES SolarGoods.com will be happy to exchange within 30 days any product
purchased on this site, provided the buyer covers the shipping charges. Please
contact sales@SolarGoods.com
with your exchange details.
RETURNS
To receive a prompt refund from SolarGoods.com, items must be returned within
14 days of delivery, with shipping and insurance prepaid (sorry, no C.O.D's can
be accepted). Unfortunately, the original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Before returning any item, you must first email
returns @SolarGoods.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA# (which is

DELAYS & BACK ORDERS
Most orders are processed the same day they are received. Products in stock are
normally shipped within 24 hours, drop-ship items within 72 hours. If an item
is out-of-stock, we can usually provide the buyer with an estimate of
availability. If shipment has been delayed for other reasons, we usually notify
customers so that proper delivery arrangements can be made. We do not normally
process credit cards on back orders, unless it is part of a larger order; we
wait until the item is read to ship before we charge your card. Though we make
every possible effort to honor customer requests, we cannot always guarantee
specific color choices with units that have several colors available.
REPLACEMENT PARTS
If the warranty does not cover replacement parts, or if it has expired,
SolarGoods.com can usually find or order parts for most of the products list on
this site. Sometimes the pieces are available for free, other times there is a
nominal charge. Please contact sales@SolarGoods.com
for more information. In the body of the email, please specify what item is in
need of repair and what specific parts are needed.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified with the manufacturer as soon
as it is received. In cases where manufacturers inform us of changes in
availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such information can
cause delays in your estimated shipping time. SolarGoods.com is not responsible
for such changes in availability or for any other inadvertent errors on our
site.

information due to errors, changing market conditions, discontinuation of a
