The Gable fan works perfectly with auxiliary solar panels or any DC power supply.  The Auxiliary solar panels are available in 5, 11 or 21 watt configurations and can boost your CFM or power Gable fan.

• On a sunny day with an outside temperature of 90^o F, an attic with inadequate ventilation can register 140^o F on the floor and 170^oF at the roof sheath.
• The heat from attics radiate to the rooms beneath, so adding ventilation will keep your whole house cooler and decrease your energy costs.
• During the winter, the air inside the attic is in parity with the temperature outside, thereby reducing moisture buildup.
