Important Information Regarding Shipping Costs

   The Green Culture works hard to offer the highest quality products while keeping the costs to our customers as low as possible.  In order to accomplish these goals, we carefully review every order for accuracy.  Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent out automatically by our software to ensure order accuracy.  This initial email will state a shipping cost of $0.00, which is inaccurate and does not reflect the cost of shipping.  We manually review every order and seek out shipping quotes from many different carriers in order to match our customers up with the most appropriate and economically sensible options.  The shipping quote will be determined within 72 hours of the initial order and an updated email including the shipping costs will be sent to the customer.  The cost of shipping is not included in the stated price for the item.

Please be sure to read SolarGoods.com's 3-Day Consideration Policy for special orders (below). On the third calendar day following the initial order date, special orders will be processed. Once an order is processed, the order cannot be canceled and cannot be returned or exchanged. As this item is a special order, customers will be unable to cancel their orders as the items ordered are already being manufactured. Payment of 70% of the total price including shipping will be charged to all credit cards on the order processing date and the 30% balance will be charged when the item is shipped. We greatly appreciate your understanding! Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified with the manufacturer as soon as it is received. In cases where manufacturers inform us of changes in availability, you will be notified as soon as possible. Such information can cause delays in your estimated shipping time.

3-DAY CONSIDERATION POLICY

We at SolarGoods.com understand that the purchasing of these items is a very important decision. For this reason, we offer customers a 3-day consideration period (for special orders only) in which you can call and cancel your order at any time without having to pay any cancellation fees whatsoever. Specifically, your order for special pieces will not be processed for three calendar days (including the day of your initial order). Thus, if an order is placed on Monday, the order will not be processed until Thursday. This will give you time to really think about your purchase and allow you the ease of mind in knowing that should you decide to cancel your purchase, you still can without having to face any fees whatsoever.
